You will need to be an admin for the QuickBooks company to be able to add it in LiveFlow

In order to be able to connect a company in LiveFlow (learn how here), you will need to be an admin of the company in the QuickBooks Online account.

QuickBooks only allows one account to be admin of a company. If you are not the admin of the QuickBooks company you are trying to connect to LiveFlow, you can try one of two things:

  1. Ask the admin of the QuickBooks company to give you access to the QuickBooks company

  2. Ask the admin of the QuickBooks company to connect the QuickBooks company to LiveFlow for you - you can then ask for editor or admin access to LiveFlow, separate from QuickBooks permission sets (learn more about LiveFlow permissions here).
