Why can't I create a report?

If you're unable to create a report, it may be a permissions issue in your workspace

There are three types of roles within a LiveFlow workspace

  1. Admin

  2. Editor

  3. Viewer

To be able to create reports, you must be an Admin or Editor in your workspace.

If you are a Viewer, you will be unable to create a new report.

If you need to change your permissions, contact an admin of your workspace. We'll be happy to change your role on our end if you can provide written permission from an admin of your workspace - just reach out!
