There are two ways to update your credit card and billing details in LiveFlow.
You must be the billing admin of your account to update billing details
Method 1 - If your email address is attached to your account (Recommended)
Click here to access your billing portal
Insert the email address on file for your LiveFlow account
If the email entered matches your account, you will receive a confirmation code
Enter the confirmation code, and you can access everything in billing!
Method 2 - Through the LiveFlow Web Platform
Click on your Settings Icon
Go to Billing
Click on Open billing portal
This will take you to your Stripe billing portal
Here you can update your credit card details, the email for receipts, and more
If someone else is the billing admin?
