1.) I made updates to my general ledger accounts in Quickbooks, why aren't the changes showing up in my LiveFlow Report?
Answer: If you're not seeing the changes made in QBO reflect in your LiveFlow report, try reconnecting the QBO company that you made changes to within LiveFlow.
Head to the web app and simply connect the Quickbooks company again. This should refresh the connection.
2.) I'm getting an error when trying to create a report with a large data set.
Answer: The QBO API only allows reports that contain up to 400,000 cells of data in a single report. Try limiting the date range or how many columns/rows are in the report.
3.) My reports aren't refreshing.
Things to try when your reports are not refreshing:
Shortening the date range
Refresh one report at a time. Sometime's this can single out the report that's causing issues
Adding filters to reduces the size of your dataset
Check if there are costly formulas or conditional formatting in your report that are broken. These can cause the Google/Excel API to time out and block us from refreshing your reports
Check if there are any merged cells within the LiveFlow report
4.) How do I delete one of my workspaces?
Answer: Currently, only the LiveFlow Team can delete workspaces. Please speak to a LiveFlow representative to delete a workspace.
5.) How can I filter transactions by "Not Specified" in LiveFlow for Location and Class?
Answer: Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the QBO API, and we are not able to pull this information. A workaround is pulling the Transaction Detail report with class as a column and identifying the "Not Specified" transactions that way.
6.) Will the report update if I have merged cells?
Answer: You won't be able to refresh your report if you have any merged cells within the contents of the actual LiveFlow report. However, you can add columns outside or rows below/above the LiveFlow report and merge cells within those areas.
