Step 1: Select a Sheet Tab with a LiveFlow Report

Choose the tab you want to duplicate that contains a LiveFlow report. Make sure it's the active tab so that you can see the LiveFlow report

Step 2: Go to Extensions -> LiveFlow

On the top menu bar of your Google Sheet, click on Extensions. A drop-down menu will appear, and from there, select LiveFlow.

Step 3: Click on Duplicate Current Sheet & Live Report

Once you've selected LiveFlow, you'll see an option to duplicate the current sheet and its LiveFlow report. Click on this option, and a duplicate tab will be created with both your own content and your live report from LiveFlow.

Your live report and your own content will now be duplicated, and your live report will be live!
