Why am I getting an error when I try to connect a company in the LiveFlow extension?

If you get an error while trying to connect your QuickBooks company, try logging out of your Google accounts and signing back in

Are you getting the error Something went wrong when you try and connect a new company through the LiveFlow extension?

Here are two methods to try and resolve this issue:

  1. Sign out of all of your Google Accounts. Then sign back into the one you're using with LiveFlow and try again

  2. If that doesn't work, try one more time inside an incognito browser window
