How do I download static LiveFlow reports to share with an external party?

Learn how to share reports that won't update hourly with external parties

In order to share a static LiveFlow report with an external party, you have a choice between two methods:

Method 1:

  1. Open the LiveFlow Extension

  2. Go to Manage reports

  3. Click on the drop down next to Auto-refresh reports and select Disabled

  4. Now you'll have a static report and can provide Viewer access to your Google Sheet to an external party

Method 2:

  1. Go to File > Download

  2. Choose to Download your spreadsheet either in Excel or as a PDF

    1. This way you'll have a static report for an external party, but your live report will be intact
